Billy arden

Billy is the President of Bags and Home Serv Delivery, where he oversees all services including remote airline check-in, delayed luggage delivery, airport services, VIP luggage delivery services, parking & guest services and group travel solutions.

Billy is a 20+ year veteran of Bags, receiving his undergraduate degree from University of Central Florida in 2005 with a degree in Forensic Analysis, and holding varying positions within the company of increasing responsibility and most recently as COO of Bags where he oversaw all daily operations plus all IT functions. Over the course of his career at Bags, Billy was instrumental in key company milestones such as launching Group Remote Airline Check-In and opening the first major Aviation Services Group passenger service location.  Billy has also operated and headed up major lines of business at the Remote Sorting Facility, Valet Parking and Home Serv Delivery. 

When Billy is not at the office, he has been involved in Bags fundraising efforts in the community including the planning committee for the Orlando area American Cancer Society’s Cattle Barons Ball.
